What are the best makeup products at target?

I've been sick of my old makeup and recently got a giftcard for target. I've decided to blow it all on makeup.





What products would you recommend? I want good quality liquid eyeliner, eyeshadow, and foundation.What are the best makeup products at target?
Liquid Eyeliner: Maybelline Waterproof liqiud liner, L'oreal H.I.P Cream Liner (i know its not liquid but it works just like it.)





Eyeshadow: Physician's Formula Shimmer strips for your eye color, Almay i-intense

Cover-girl eyeshadow eye-enhancersAbsolutelyutly love the eyeshadow and use it all the time. Almay's skin adjusting foundation I have heard works well. And sorry but I don't use liquid eyeliner so I would not know.


Any covergirl product is worth the money. If you need brushes use eco-tools. Caboodle has amazing makeup boxes. I especially like covergirl's wetslicks fruit spritzers.
i don't use eyeliner..for eyeshadow i always get the covergirl ones. i really like neutrogena skinclearing foundation because it doesn't make my skin oily and it looks natural. the worst mascara i've tried is great lash by maybelline so stay away from that, hah for lip gloss i really love maybelline shiny-lious in pink sorbet it looks pretty. have fun
So for eyeliner buy physicians formlula in whatever color and they have this amazing marker and it's like liquid eyeliner in pen form so it goes on easier.


I recommend Physicians formula for all products it's light and natural. their organic wear lipgloss is amazing! it's not sticky at all.
