try it in a brown tone.
eyeshadow: loreal h.i.p duos.
stick to golden browns, light and dark purples, and peach colors.
i don't really use foundation because it clogs my pores.
but i recommend a powder from neutrogena. it's an oil fighting pressed power, and it has a bunch of different shades on one palette. like dark brown, a tan, light tan, and a white. they're a bunch of little square in one big on.
mascara: i love love love avon's SHOCK mascara. again, try it in a brown color.

Keep away from any sort of heavy powder or foundation, use products that let your natural beauty shine through
And fair skin calls for less makeup so stick to nude shades and use brown eyeliner

i would buy a loreal eyeshadow in either gold or navy
and a clear lipgloss from a cheap brand
and a bit of blusher from loreal minerals
too much make up is not ok for school.. so just a bit of kohl that u can get from any good brand and maybe a moisturizing lip balm..
emo makeup would look good on you!~
