What walmart makeup products are good to use?

i need new foundation i have oily skin so i need a good one that goes good on oily skin.haha.. uhh new eye liner one that doesnt smug!! and mascara!!:) please HELP!!! ohhh does anyone kno how to put eyeliner on the top eye lid!?What walmart makeup products are good to use?

Eyeliner- Annabelle - its like $2 and I swear by it. I use ALOT of eyeliner, and it is the best I have used by far, it is smooth and glides on easy, stays on basically all day :) And comes in every colour.





Foundation - liquid - covergirl clean liquid foundation (good for a base coat)


mousse- maybelline dream matte mousse (good for spot treatments)


Powder - covergirl clean pressed power (good to get rid of oily skin)

when putting eyeliner on grab the corner of your outter eye and pull it slightly snug.


kind of like your making an asian eye.


and start on the inside and work you way out going slowly and very close to your lash. it takes practice.
powder foundation is best for oily skin. use any drugstore brand you like! maybelline, covergirl, almay, etc. i personally like maybelline's mineral power foundation. i have oily skin too (mainly in my T zone though) and i LOVE mineral foundation. it covers so well, especially for oily skin, and is talc and fragrance free! its good for your skin, lets your skin breath, and covers well too! no rashes either! yes it is loose powder and people say its messy but really its not! you just dip your brush in (it has a sifter so only a little comes out at a time) and buff in circular motions on your face!!! almays eyeliner is the BEST. it does not smudge!!! check out their eyeliner...its the one that twists (not liquid) and for mascara, covergirls lashblast is amazing!!! i love it and it doesnt flake and lasts all day and gives lots of volume!! hmm thats tough one....everyone does their eyeliner differantly so its hard to teach you how...you have to practice! thats the main focus...get a good eyeliner and practice...what helps me the most is if i rest my hand on my face so that my hand is steady when i apply it....start from the middle and run the eyeliner nice and slowly till the end of your eye (you can make a cat eye winged look if you want by extending the eyeliner a little bit past your eye) then start from the innter corner and do the same thing until it meets up in the middle. some people prefer to start in the inner corner and move all the way out to the outer corner, and vise versa...its all personal preferance and whats best for you. so just practice and find out what you like! hope this helps :)

Tip: Close the eye you are putting eyeliner on and from the inside glide the pencil towards the outside
