What is the best makeup products to use without going overboard?

ok so i already wear eyeliner and powder and i'm wondering what products like eye shadow and mascara etc. should i wear without going overboard and looking trash and also like what brands (preferably ones that aren't really expensive)... and also what colors... i have dark brown eyes and i use light/medium powder if that helps :) any suggestions you have a greatly appreciated :) :)What is the best makeup products to use without going overboard?
black or dark brown mascara, if your not used to wearing it, it may look like a little much at first but it's really not if you're putting it on right. I like the Maybelline Define-A-Lash, it pretty inexpensive and it stays on really well. One good thing about brown eyes is that you can wear pretty much every color and it doesn't look bad with them. I, too, have brown eyes and I like the way purple brings them out.What is the best makeup products to use without going overboard?

If you don't have bad skin, I suggest laying off the powder.


You should try tinted moisturizer instead, it's not as heavy as


foundation or powder and it has great coverage.





For eyeshadow, keep it neutral. Go for browns, cremes, pale pinks, etc. It'll always look good and you won't look like trying too hard. I suggest the Revlon eyeshadow creams or the Almay eyeshadows.





For mascara, for a natural curl go with the Rimmel Super Lash.





Try some blush in pale colors, it'll tone down most looks if you apply right. I like Rimmel blushes.
