Anybody know where I can find someone that is willing to do swaps with me? I live in Canada and I really want to try out some cosmetics from Korea. Even better would be to be able to find someone to help me order some for a small service fee :).Where can I find someone to swap makeup products? I want to try some Korean ones?

What are some good drug store makeup products?
I don't want to buy makeup from MAC because their products are way to high for me to be buying.
So where can I buy good makeup products from a drug store.
I need a really good
Lip Gloss
Eye Primer
Face Primer
Makeup Brush SetWhat are some good drug store makeup products?
Definitely no Cover Girl! Ewww, it made my skin break out and it also dried up my skin.
Here's a few makeup brush that are pretty reasonably priced:
http://www.cvs.com/CVSApp/catalog/shop_p鈥?/a>
http://www.cvs.com/CVSApp/catalog/shop_p鈥?/a>
For lip gloss, I would do Burt's Bees. They are a bit more pricey but they work really good.
http://www.cvs.com/CVSApp/catalog/shop_p鈥?/a>
Or you could also do Lip Smacker's in cookie dough or starry sugar. I know Walmart had a 5 pack of lip gloss and chapstick from Lip Smackers. It was only like two or three dollars.
At Target Jane products are the same exact products as, I think it's Maybeilene but they're cheaper pricing. So that's a good one.
As for primers, I would go with this one:
http://www.qvc.com/qic/qvcapp.aspx/view.鈥?/a>
It works really good. For Eye Primer, I prefer this one:
http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jh鈥?/a>What are some good drug store makeup products?
lip gloss- netroguena lip gloss.
What i do is put chapstick on for a moisturizer. and top it off with a shiny lip gloss. Or lip stain from covergirl/neautrogena.
Eye Primer- Lash blast by covergirl is AMAZING no doubt.
and for eye concealer i would use physcians formula you can get at ANY drugstore. And its healthy too.For eyeshadows i use covergirl.
%26amp; eyeliner covergirl alll thee wayy.
Face Primer- Any mineral wear is goood.
When you go their check out all the sections for mineral wear. %26amp; take your pick.You know your skin better than anyone else (;
Makeup Brush set- You can get that in ANY health and beauty section. take your pick.
Hope I helped! :D
so basically;
covergirl-netrogeauna-physcians formula-mineral wear.
Lip Gloss - Revlon has great lipglosses but for something cheaper brands like Covergirl and Rimmel have good stuff
Eye Primer - Red Earth has an awesome eye primer! oh,i also add them to the lip gloss section, they have awesome shades!
Face Primer - I love Napoleons face primers but im pretty sure Rimmel have some, im not too sure how theirs work tho..
Makeup Brush Set - ohh i have one that i got from Priceline and it works absolutely amazing and cost about $25, however, The Body Shop's brushes are spectacular!
hope that helped :-]
Happy New Year x
for lipgloss i suggest covergirl its pretty good :]
for eye primer - sorry but nothing beats urban decay x] its worth the splurge i guess.
for face primer there's rimmel :] i use it, its pretty good.
and my make-up brush set is mixed with elf brushes and random walmart brushes lol.
covergirl %26amp; maybeliene.
even neutragena has some good stuff!
go to walgreens or your nearest drug store and look around
hope this helped!
Covergirl is ok (:
But save up for MAC, its amazing!
I know its expensive, I just bought three things for $60 but its worth it%26lt;3
Almay and maybelline, also covergirl is good
Revlon lipgloss is good

Where can i get these makeup products for cheap?
where can you get brands of makeup like laura mercier and mac for cheap? i've already looked on amazon and there prices are the same as sophora!Where can i get these makeup products for cheap?
I know it's expensive but your better off buying it from the actual manufacturers there is nothing worse than wasting money on what ends up being some kind of knock off product. I use mostly maybelline mineral makeup love the stuff but I love mac and urban decay eye shadows but they are like $25-30 a pop for a small pallet of colors but well worth saving up and getting the good stuff. Also try this website I haven't ordered anything yet I'm just waiting on my paycheck friday then I definitely will. The link is: http://www.brush111.comWhere can i get these makeup products for cheap?
Try here
Laura Mercier - http://www.healthandbeautyonlineshop.com鈥?/a>

You can try www.Beautycrunch.com although i am not sure if they carry MAC.
Also www.makeupalley.com just go to the swap section you also have to sign up... and you don't pay you just can swap products with other users!
I hope at least one of these sites helped
I know it'll probably sound totally lame, but seriously...look on Ebay. They have *new* stuff you can buy! Actually, I don't think any makeup sold on Ebay, is ever used lol. It's always cheap...so try that.
www.Ebay.com

What makeup products will stay on all day, and keep my shine away?
When im at school, i always have my pressed powder with me because my face gets shiney after first hour, but im sick of doing that because my face doesnt look as fresh. help??What makeup products will stay on all day, and keep my shine away?
I really like Proactiv's Daily Oil Control. I use it everyday now, and I don't have to use powder now to touch up my face :D Just put it on before your moisturizer (or wear it alone like me). I really like it, you should try it!
http://cgi.ebay.com/New-Proactiv-Solutio鈥?/a>What makeup products will stay on all day, and keep my shine away?
There are little oil-absorbing sheets sold at grocery stores and whatnot...
They're simple and after a couple of swipes, you're shine free.
oil absorbing sheets..or a translucent power..can be found at most drug stores..or clean and clear shine controling cleanser acutally works.
Stila powder is good..kind of pricey tho
you could try No7 thats really for sensitive skin so not sure but a lil pricey xx

What makeup products do you buy from Sephora?
I want to buy some products from sephora which are not too costly..what should I buy? What makeup products do you buy from Sephora?
Sephora has a lot of amazing products out there. It is my favorite store. It is hard to walk out of there though without breaking your wallet. One of the best things to do is to buy kits or speciality items that have many items in there and they are discounted. Too Faced sells some nice ones, Bare Escentuals, Philosophy, %26amp; Benefit. Johnathan has a good out too. What makeup products do you buy from Sephora?
depends on what you need, right?
Sephora is great since they sell so many different company products. I buy their bare mineral kit. Philosphy Amazing Grace, Pure Grace %26amp; Baby Grace Purfume. Cargo has some great lipglosses. Stila has great makeup too. They do sell alot of items that you can find at Nordstroms or Macys.
Sephora is great because they have so many different brands of makeup there. I buy Nars, Stila, and Benefit there. Most of the stuff can be pricey, but it's definitely worth it.
Sephora has their own line, but I wouldn't say it's cheap. Sephora is not the place you want to go for inexpensive cosmetics. I limit my Sephora purchases to lipglosses and eye shadows (I love Stila and Cargo best!), then buy cheaper drug-store liners, mascaras and powders. s.
well they sell bare escentuals mineral makeup, which is regarded by some as the best makeup out there. i've used it and have to say that they're probably right. it covers well and doesn't clog your pore like other stuff, plus it evens out tone and heals blemishes. also sephora has philosophy products which are cool because there are many scents, and all have an inspiring quote on it. their body wash/shampoo is good, multitasking.

What are some good makeup products that don't test on animals?
Please answer!
I need to know! What are some good makeup products that don't test on animals?
Well to start - firstly, please be wary of companies that say they don't test on animals - while many don't test the final products, they actually test, or pay someone to test for them, the various ingredients.
For an almost** complete list of companies that don't test on animals, with the criteria for 'cruelty free' being agree by a number of organisations active in this area, please take a look at this website:
http://www.gocrueltyfree.org/b_shopcruel鈥?/a>
Of those listed my personal favourites are:
Eyeshadow, eyeliner and nail colours by Urban Decay, especially if you want a young/dramatic look. I always have one of their palettes in my bag
Most products by Beauty Without Cruelty, especially if you want a more natural/grown-up look. Their loose translucent powder is one of the best I've used at any price by any company
Lipcolours by Hard Candy. Their nail shades are fun, but not, I think, as good as they used to be. Eyeshadows also nice
Skin care by Liz Earle - amazing quality ingredients for the price and great for anyone with sensitive/reactive skin
Bathproducts by L'Occitane - again, very good ingredients and lovely smells
Too Faced for a variety of fun/fashion forward stuff like glitter gels and cute kits (great for presents)
** I say 'almost complete' because that list hasn't been updated for some time and I'm sure there are newer companies who also meet the criteria. I always check with one of the pressure groups in the UK (which is where I am), I'm sure that an organisation like Petra in the US must have something similar? What are some good makeup products that don't test on animals?
I'm gonna guess you live in North America if you were in the UK bit by accident!
You want to look for something called a FCOD (Fixed Cut off Date) when looking for companies that don't test on animals. Unfortunatley virtually nobody puts this on their bottles and there is no law that says you have to say if you test on animals (Companies can put a bunny symbol on their products and it can mean nothing).
An example of a FCOD:
Urban Decay/Hard Candy have a FCOD of 2004. Not only do they not test their ingredients and products on animals, they make sure that their suppliers don't either. They also refuse to use any ingredients tested on animals after 2004, this ensures that no more testing on animals is required for any of their products.
Unfortunately I'm a bit stumped on US brands that have a FCOD apart from UD/HC. I think Lavera might be available in the US. The British Union for the Abolition of Vivisection (BUAV) has a website listing cruelty free brands and I think you can filter it to show international/US brands.
Here are some major brands that do not have a FCOD so either outright test on animals or test products and/or ingredients (or get their suppliers to do it so they can say they are 'cruelty free') on animals.
Almay
Avon
Bare Escentuals
Benefit
Bobbi Brown
Bourgois
Dior
Chanel
Clarins
Clinique
Covergirl
Gosh
Lancome
L'Oreal
Maybelline
Max factor
Revlon
Rimmel
Shu Uemura
Shisheido
Palmolive-Colgate (they own loads so check parents companies of products)
Johnson %26amp; Jonhson (ditto)
Unilver
The Body Shop is now owned by L'Oreal, so whilst they have a FCOD dateof 1990, the prodits will go to L'Oreal, who have to (by EU law at least) test all their new 'revolutionary' compounds (like in their anti-ageing products) on animals.
MAC and Smashbox are often touted as cruelty free, but I am yet to received an email from either company about a FCOD.
Sorry if this is really long/boring, but I really feel strongly about not buying products tested on animals, and I hope this info helps! :D
several of the brands people have suggested either are tested on animals or are part of companies that do.
As a couple of other people have said, please check out the various cruelty-free websites for definitive answers
Personally, I really like almost all of Urban Decay's stuff, although I do know some people get sensitive to it. Hard Candy is much on the same lines and has some excellent quality items for the money
