You need to get a good concealer. Origins ';Quick Hide';, Estee Lauder's ';Double Wear Concealer';, or Prescriptives ';Camoflage Cream'; are great.
i always get some light eyeshadow white if poss n just dust it around the bottom of my eyes it brightens them well or ysl conceler is another good option
Keep 2 teaspoons in the fridge ( not the freezer! ) overnight. When you get up in the morning, cup the spoons over both eyes and rest for up to 5 minutes. Cleanse, tone and moisturise your face and add a few drops of Clinique All About Eyes cream. Gently massage under eyes. Dot on some good quality concealer , pat dry and then add the fabulous Touche Eclat by Estee Lauder - my life would not be worth living without this product!

anew eye creme is the best my mom uses it and her dark cricles and eye bags are goign away and it's really good she say i dont know the exact name but go to anew.com or avon com they have this night eye creme it's a glass bottle with a golden cap (it's not a bottle it's more like a creme box an oval shape cup i guess)
