Not sure, specifically. I do know that she was a Maybeline spokes model for some time in the 90's, so maybe Maybeline? She also recently did a Vasaline ad...She's huge on sunscreen, mosturizer, and lip gloss/balm. She also treats herself to facials very frequently, saying it is one of her biggest indulgances. Use a light translucent powder as well as a normal light powder too.
Use covergirl for that, its cheap and works great! Make sure its very very heavy and covers everything!
Use liquid eyeliner, any brand will work, Try something from Sephora or something from Walmart.
Any color eyeshadow will do, whatever you want. I would try a pink, blue or purple and layer it on heavily, all over your eyes. Dont be shy!
Use either lots of mascara or fake lashes. I would use fake lashes, use something from CVS.
Use SUPER BRIGHT! pink or red lipstick. Any brand will do, with some gloss to maybe?
Finally, use a darkish brown or pink cheek stain or blush. Any brand will do.
Try YouTube for ways and more information, they will have loads of how-to videos :)

You can get ';clean%26amp;clear'; brand ones in the beauty aisle at most drug stores. You can even get them at places like Superstore.
You just blot them on your face to pick up all the oil, and and the shine is gone within seconds, without putting on any makeup.
(the ';morning burst'; ones by Clean%26amp;Clear are a bonus, they're citrus scented)
You can buy those blotting papers to just carry around with you. They even come in little book type styles where you just rip out a ';page'; and blot away. They work well without drying out your skin.
Try using a non-oil based foundation and one that breathes, like a powdered foundation and preferably a natural one.

There are TONS of different brands out there. It's all about what YOU like and what YOU want. I suggest maybe trying out different brands. It also depends on what kind of make up you like to wear. ELF and AVON are both good companies but there are many drug store brands that make terrific products for less.

There are TONS of different brands out there. It's all about what YOU like and what YOU want. I suggest maybe trying out different brands. It also depends on what kind of make up you like to wear. ELF and AVON are both good companies but there are many drug store brands that make terrific products for less.

Just be aware that if you're going to be vegan and you're looking at what beauty products to use, just because they are labeled as ';natural'; or ';organic'; doesn't make them vegan. If you're concerned about cosmetics, you just flip to the cosmetics section of the book and they grade all the cosmetics companies from A+ to F. In your case, it rated Covergirl a C+ and L'Oreal a D. It also said that L'Oreal still performs animal testing and it is known that their products contain 2 popular carcinogens. NYC was not covered in the book, which is a product I use too.
This book covers eggs, juices, shoes, clothes, office supplies, and soooo much more. I don't know where you live, but here in Canada we have a shop called The Body Shop. I'm beginning to buy my make-up from there. They're known for their humanitarian efforts and their products are not tested on animals. I recently bought 4 eye shadows from there and it's amazing how much colour I get out of dabbing my brush a little bit on the palette.

I have green eyes also, use browns and purples, together or separate, use black mascara it will make more of a contrast. If you use purples and browns together use the purple only in the ';crack'; of your eye lid, so only a hint or so of it shows, just enough to be there, and blend it on top with a medium brown, on the lid itself use a lighter brown and use that same light brown right under your brow, then a trick i learned was to take your blush and LIGHTLY blend :) IM me on yahoo messanger, ill show you how i do it on my webcam :) You can also use lighter shades of purple for a more dramatic affect :)

if you have a different color flicks in your eyes do your eyeshadow that color. I have green gray eyes so I use gray and silver eyeshadow to make the green stand out. Also i used to use this pink and black eyeshadow dueo by Revlon that you can use wet or dry and I got alot of compliments on my eyes. Sorry I can not remeber what it was called. good luck.

if you have a different color flicks in your eyes do your eyeshadow that color. I have green gray eyes so I use gray and silver eyeshadow to make the green stand out. Also i used to use this pink and black eyeshadow dueo by Revlon that you can use wet or dry and I got alot of compliments on my eyes. Sorry I can not remeber what it was called. good luck.

If you mean a difference in the final product, than most people can not tell the difference until a few months of use. The big difference is all the steps that product went through before you bought it, and how its long term use is going to affect you.
Organic products
A) Reduce your exposure to toxins like pesticides and petroleum products
B) Are usually produced in a more sustainable method, i.e. sustainable small farms produce a lot of organic produce, whereas your supermarket varieties come from huge, corporate owned, synthetically fertilized monocultures.
C) Give the health benefit of more nutritius food and more gentle products for your face, your clothes, etc. My eco-clear detergent never makes me itchy, and my organic face moisturizer is improving my skin every day. ';Research in the USA and Denmark has revealed that organic foods have an 87% higher nutrient content, specifically magnesium, potassium, manganese, iron and copper, than chemically grown food...';
D) Many organics are available locally which reduces the ';miles'; on the products you buy. I love buying something from a nearby farm, it makes me feel more connected to what I'm eating.

Personally, I'm a Bare Minerals fan. If you don't have money for the whole face set (it's a bit pricey), I would definitely recommend the mineral veil (basically a translucent powder) and the foundation. It's very natural looking, feels incredibly light, and looks pretty darn fabulous IMO. :o)
PhotoFinish foundation primer is great, specially if you're attending an event/party/gathering/activity and are pretty sure your picture will be taken.

It brush that comes with it is pretty good, really good actually, it's soft and dense and is great for highlight and for applying color on the eye lid. I have a couple of quads and trios from CG and Maybelline and they work just as good as any high-end eyeshadows, very pigmented, and good for their prices.
Right now I am currently using Maybelline Full 'N Soft mascara in waterproof, it works really good, gives me full and soft eyelashes (:
I really love the Jane blushes, its very pigmented, and works really good, I love love love the texture of the blushes, it feels like velvet very soft and smooth. The one I am currently using is Blushing Petals, it's a very natural soft pink.

Well...then I got a job and spent the extra money. It's really worth it in the long run. I had bought cheap Claire's eyeshadow, then went and bought the expensive Sephora stuff, and you can really tell the difference. So now, I am saving up all my money to buy one thing at a time (the brushes are like $25! However they would last 10x longer, and are much better).
So if anything, get the more expensive, it pays off.
Also, Rimmel mascara (I just bought some because I ran out of the good stuff and needed a quick fix) isn't too bad.
Maybelliene makes better stuff than covergirl. I hate cover girl!

I usually go with a cheaper mascara and blush, such as Rimmel or Flirt brand.
Eye shadow - NYC brand. Colors that are a shade darker than your skin tone.
Eye liner - NYC pencils or Revlon soft-tips. Light or dark brown. Light lines on your top lash line. Don't line the bottom if you're going for a natural look.
Blush - Maybelline mousse blush.
Cover up - Clinique almost makeup or conceler.
Mascara - Any kind works if you put in on right.

Everyday Minerals is a very good mineral makeup brand. I have used their foundations, concealers, blushes, and eyeshadow on me and clients and it always turns out really nicely. I have extremely sensitive skin and their products did not make me break out or anything. To find your color in their foundation you can get a free sample kit and it includes 3 foundations in the color of your choice, one blush in the color of your choice and one concealer also in your choice of color and it is free you just have to pay shipping which is only like $4
I just received a sample order from them a few days ago and have been testing the samples. My coloring and sensitivity are the same as yours, and two of the three foundation colors suited me just fine. I also like their finishing powders.
The mate and pearl samples I got were very creamy, soft, and pigmented.
Based on my experience ordering their free sample kit + 2 extra samples for less than $9 (including shipping), I would say, give them a try! Shipping was super-fast!
My sister got stuff from there and she has a fair skin tone too. She likes them so I ordered from there too and am excited to get them. (I should be getting them in about 2 days) But I highly recommend you get the free sample kit and sample sized eye shadows before committing to the more expensive, full-sized ones. The freesample kit allows you to get 3 sample-sized foundations, 1 sample-sized concealer, and 1 sample-sized blush. Sephora has very great make ups. Actually that is my favorite brand. Although they are quite expensive.
But they have many different textures. Not like MAC who has only very thick, and Clinique who has very creamy. Sephora has many different textures from Thick to Smear on smooth.
They have a variety of foundation, eye shadows, blushes, bronzers, lipsticks, lip glosses etc.
But the reason over all that they are a very great brand is because Sephora carries ';under colors';. Which mean they have those HARD to find color eyeshaodws and blushes. They have their own colors which are gorgeous for any look you want.
You should really try them!

I have their lip gloss in the squeeze tube in Hot Coral ($10)... it smells fruity, feels good on, and is true to color.
I have their blush single in Bronze Sensation ($10)... wears well and is conveniently packaged.
I use a lot of Merle Norman and Mark since I have sold both for years. I like Lancome, Smashbox, and Stila a lot.

Haha it might look like I use a lot of concealing products.
I use an undereye concealer for dark circles, liquid base makeup for main redness if any and to even out skin tone, then 3 different types of zit coverage sticks/paintbrushes, and a powder finish occasionally =]
I use; erm, i dunno what eyeliner it is but its really dark black; L'oreal 'Volume collagene' mascara, eyelash curlers (heated%26amp;not heated), naturals mango lip balm with a clear gloss over the top, and a facial clenser right at the begining. But yeah, thats the main stuff i use everyday, but i add other things sometimes.x

You should try avons smooth mineral makeup it is one of the best mineral makeups and is usually a lot cheaper. They have foundation, blush, and eyeshadow all in a mineral form. Hope this helps!

You should try avons smooth mineral makeup it is one of the best mineral makeups and is usually a lot cheaper. They have foundation, blush, and eyeshadow all in a mineral form. Hope this helps!

amazingg!! i couldnt live without it haha. its kind of expensive but worth it!! they stay on all day, go on smooth and blend really really well. i have really pale skin and it doesnt look yellow or anything like that.

Not much eyeliner or mascara. They tend to look too severe on such a young face. But a little bit of deep pink lipgloss would be just fine. And if she uses foundation make sure that it's oil free, and that she only uses a small amount. I'm 19 and I have really oily skin, but it's in really good condition and I never suffered from too much acne, but I still where foundation, just oil free. Neutragena makes great stuff.

Not because you're ';too young'; for makeup but because your skin is aged by improper makeup (and teenagers are usually on a tight budget) I'd suggest using lip glosses, tinted moisturizer, barely there eyeshadow shades, and a teeny bit of blush. just a little bit of lip gloss, and maybe some subtle eye shadow. at 12, you dont need much. makeup is not the greatest habit to get into. i started goin to school with it on every single day in 7th grade- ill be a senior in high school this year, and ive only gone to school with no makeup on a maximum of 7 days. the best thing to do is instead of doing ur makeup, take those extra 20 minutes every morning to catch some extra sleep!!!
When I went into Gr. 7 all I wore was cover-up. Wait until about Christmas Then start wearing a little bit of mascara and some gold/ bronse eyeshadow. don't wear too much though or the mascara will ruin your eyelashes by the time you are 25~

Not much eyeliner or mascara. They tend to look too severe on such a young face. But a little bit of deep pink lipgloss would be just fine. And if she uses foundation make sure that it's oil free, and that she only uses a small amount. I'm 19 and I have really oily skin, but it's in really good condition and I never suffered from too much acne, but I still where foundation, just oil free. Neutragena makes great stuff.

I would agree - light lip gloss, a little mascara, maybe powder for late day shine. Starting on a good, consistent skin care program is a must! It will prevent her from needing so much makeup later on!
Get Bare Minerals and use a lip gloss and maybe a brown mascara and a light eyeshadow.
well, since u r still young... a lil lipgloss, tinted moisturiser with a dash of blush should be more than sufficient...
let your skin have a breather now.. u really dont have wear make-up so soon..

Lip gloss, and a little bit of eyeshadow that enhances her skin tone, instead of matching her outfits like most girls do. Her natural beauty should be allowed to shine through or be enhanced, rather than blantly emphasized or covered up.
It depends, some girls over do it so it makes them look like tramps, but it's always good to use little bite on @ such a yung age.
Not because you're ';too young'; for makeup but because your skin is aged by improper makeup (and teenagers are usually on a tight budget) I'd suggest using lip glosses, tinted moisturizer, barely there eyeshadow shades, and a teeny bit of blush. For animal friendly makeup you can buy Urban Decay products which some are certified vegan. Or you can go to www.sephora.com (best place to get makeup) and type in vegan on the search bar for a list of animal free products. Best wishes!
